"This place was great for such a long time; however, over the last 6 months the place has fallen apart! My daughter returned home from her mission and was arbitrarily placed as the driver of the most expensive car in our household (higher premiums!). When my son turned 16, i called and texted to have him added as the driver of another vehicle--3 months later, i found out he was never added. I gave them an opportunity to make things right, but wasn't even given an explanation or a phone call. was told Bear River has better service and rates. I'm on my way out while reporting the experience to State Farm Corporate!

Follow-up: I reached out to Kim Jasperson to express my concerns and received the “blame the customer tone and explanation” that can be found at anywhere bad service USA. He actually said the AI will assign the most expensive driver to the most expensive car as a CYA. People.- you have been warned. You can tell a businesses core principles not in the easy times , but during conflict. And hard times."
