I had a very negative experience with this office. I was being rushed to come up with some details for a homeowner's insurance quote. I needed to get info from my real estate agent. I had asked the StateFarm agent to wait for me to get this info and not to call my wife, who was busy with something–I didn't want her to be stressed about it. The agent called her anyway–just a real lack of respect as to my own family relations. He was very impatient threatening that if he didn't get the info in the next little bit he would be gone for the weekend. Timing was crucial on my side for closing on our home. Just not great. And the responsiveness to feedback was defensive almost as if I worked for him rather than the other way around. It's enough that I left this office.
